Request for Proposals – HLC Coordinator

Homeless Leadership Coalition (HLC) is accepting proposals for a .5 FTE HLC Coordinator. The contractor will serve as the HLC point person, responsible for: organizing the HLC; working with service providers, organizations and individuals; raising the profile of the HLC’s work with the goal of garnering new resources; and utilizing the coordinated entry process to improve systems within and among homeless service providers and other systems.This position will be contracted through NeighborImpact on behalf of the HLC.

Request for Proposals – Coordinated Entry System (CES) Program Coordinator

Homeless Leadership Coalition (HLC) is accepting proposals for a .5 FTE CES Program Coordinator. The Coordinated Entry System Program Coordinator will work closely with the CES Co-chairs, HLC Coordinator, and community providers to further develop and improve the system for households to access shelter and other immediate housing crisis resources in the region.This position will be contracted through NeighborImpact on behalf of the HLC.

Request for Proposals – Coordinated Entry System (CES) Housing Navigator

Homeless Leadership Coalition (HLC) is accepting proposals for a 1 FTE CES Housing Navigator. The Housing Navigator is an integral member of the Coordinated Entry System and is primarily responsible for support in implementation of the community’s assessment and housing navigation plan. This position will be contracted through NeighborImpact on behalf of the HLC.

Housing First / FUSE Project Director

The FUSE Workgroup – a collaboration of government, healthcare, housing and social service stakeholders – is seeking applications for the position of FUSE Project Director.  The FUSE Project Director will coordinate all aspects of planning and implementing a Housing First / FUSE Project for people who are homeless and very high utilizers of healthcare and law enforcement systems in Central Oregon.
