Emergency Services
2-1-1 is a service that started in Central Oregon in 2009. It provides information about social services that include food banks, shelters, rent and utility assistance, senior services, transportation, childcare, after school programs, mentoring, health clinics, support groups, counseling, drug and alcohol treatment, job training, transportation assistance, education programs, and much more.
2-1-1 is available 8:00am to 8:00pm, Monday through Friday and can be accessed by any phone. The calls are free and confidential. Multi-lingual translation is available and calls are answered by trained and certified call specialists. 2-1-1 covers Crook, Deschutes and Jefferson Counties.
